River Raid
A downloadable game for Windows
This game was created as part of the 20 game challenge. It is wholly unfaithful to the original River Raid, and definitely on the unpolished side, but it's here as a little bit of proof that I completed a little project. All the art is created by me.
Unfortunately, this isn't playable in browser due to limitations with dotNET that won't be fixed for the foreseeable future.
Controls
Arrow keys: Move.
Space or Left Mouse Click: Fire Gun
Once you're damaged, the next hit could send you down. Also keep an eye on your fuel!
Try to get a high score! My best is about 75,000.

Be aware that your antivirus is likely to attempt to mark this as hostile and delete it.
Generally, you shouldn't be running random executable files on your PC, but this one is fine, I promise.

This game changed my life. I have seen the light
